Ingredients

    2 lbs of ground turkey
    large onion
    2 cans tomatoes with juice (or lg jar of spaghetti sauce)
    2 cans tomatoe soup
    1 lb of thin spaghetti
    1 lb of cheddar and colby cheese
    2 cans mushrooms

Directions

makes around 12 servings.
Brown turkey with seasoning and onion. Add tomatoe soup and simmer. Season with Italian season to taste.
Cook paghetti 9 min in boiling water. Dran and add tomatoes and mushrooms. Grate cheese or buy already shredded. Butter a long deep dish. Add a layer of spaghetti, then a layer of meat and then cheese. Continue and end with cheese. I usually get 2 sets of layers. Make ahead of time and let stand at room temp for an hour. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
