Introduction

Sinfully rich dessert. Easy to make and always a crowd pleaser. I'm always asked for the recipe. This is so rich you will want to cut the pieces small (you can always go back and get a second if you have to). Sinfully rich dessert. Easy to make and always a crowd pleaser. Ingredients

1 box yellow or white cake mix (the one that says pudding in the mix)
    1 stick butter
    1 lb confectioners sugar
    4 eggs
    1 ts vanilla
8 oz package of cream cheese

Directions

Mixes up box of cake mix, stick of melted butter, and 1 egg (room temp). The mix will be kinda dry. Press into a 13x9 greased pan with your fingers.
With your mixer combine 1lb of conf sugar, 3 eggs, 8oz of soften cream cheese and the vanilla.
Blend it till smooth. Pour on top of the cake mix mixture.
Bake at 350* about 45 minutes until the top just starts to brown.
Cool completely. Dust with conf sugar. Slice and serve. These are very rich so you make small slices.

    Incredible!
I have been making these for years and they are excellent. Can certainly agree that people ask for the recipe whenever I bring them. I cut mine into much smaller pieces than this serving size suggests - mine are probably about 45 pieces per pan. - 6/2/11
