Ingredients

    # Whole Wheat Fettuccine, 8 oz (remove)
    # Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% butter, 2 tbsp (remove)
    # Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    # Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
    # White Wine, 8 fl oz (remove)
    # *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1.5 serving (remove)
    # *Mussels, 16 oz (remove)

Directions

cook pasta in boiling water until almost al dente. drain through a sieve over a large bowl. Reserve 1/3 cup of pasta liquid.

melt butter in a large skillet over med. heat. Add onion to pan; cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic to pan and cook for 1 minute. Add wine to pan. Cook 3 minutes or until liquid evaperates. stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, cook 2 minutes. Stir in reserved liquid. Add mussels and boil for 8 minutes. Discard any unopened shells. Add cooed pasta to tomato mixture until thoroughly heated. Tossing well to combine
