-
One roll Pillsbury French loaf
One cup Apples chopped
1/4 Cup Splenda
2 tbsp cinnamon

In a bowl mix 1/8 cup of Splenda and 1 tbsp of cinnamon together.
Sprinkle strips with cinnamon/Splenda mix and set aside.
Peel and chop an apple and add to it 1/8 cup Splenda and 1 tbsp cinnamon. Mix gently with fingers to evenly coat the apples.
Spread about a tbsp of the apples on each strip leaving an inch of dough on each end.
Roll each strip into a small "bun" and set coiled side up on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray such as Pam.
Once all are rolled and placed on the sheet, sprinkle the remaining cinnamon/Splenda mix on the top of each bun.
