Introduction

Tandori is a combination spice, much like curry is a combination; lightly spicy flavor. Tandori is a combination spice, much like curry is a combination; lightly spicy flavor.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    3 tbsp. Tandori spice
    3 tbsp. Greek plain yogurt
    3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3 tbsp. rice vinegar (plain or original)

Directions

Remove all remaining fat from chicken and cut into small pieces - approx. 3 inch chunks. In a zipper-style plastic bag, add all remaining ingredients and shake to mix. Add the chicken and marinate in refrigerator - preferably 24hrs, but a minimum of 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Empty contents of bag into a glass casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes. Serves 8. Serve over couscous or rice, or with my Peas and Carrots and Couscous side.
