Introduction

This is probably my most requested dip for gatherings of all types. I took a full-fat recipe and use all lower fat ingredients to make this better. Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    Kraft 1/3 less fat cream cheese, 2 bricks (8 oz each)
    Light Ranch Salad Dressing, 1c
    Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce, 1/2 cup (or more to taste)
    Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 2%, 1c
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (boiled until cooked completely through and chopped finely)

Directions

I put the cream cheese, ranch and red hot in a medium saucepan on medium-low heat, mixing often, until it all melts and is blended together. Then I toss in the chicken and cheese and cook a couple minutes until all incorporated. Serve with tortilla or pita chips.

I am basing this off of an approximate 1/4 cup serving. This recipe makes a rather large batch and can easily be cut in half as desired.
