Introduction

I love Margaritaville's Island Lime Shrimp, but it's tough to make a 2-serving amount for 3 or 4 people. So here's how I did it. I love Margaritaville's Island Lime Shrimp, but it's tough to make a 2-serving amount for 3 or 4 people. So here's how I did it.

Ingredients

Margaritaville Island Lime Shrimp, 2 serving
    Whole Milk / Vitamin D, .25 cup
Cooking Wine - white, 2 tbsp
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (sliced)
    Basil, 7 leaves
Almonds, 1 oz (24 whole kernels) (sliced)
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Lime Juice, 1 fl oz
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    Shrimp, cooked, 6 oz(ish - I grabbed 2 handfuls)
    Bell peppers, sliced, .5 cup
    Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 6 cup
Season to taste - recommend sea salt and orange peel

Directions

Simmer the sauce ingredients in a pan while the pasta cooks. It'll be done when the whole milk and wine mix together, and the island lime shrimps are white. Drain the pasta, and add it to the sauce, mixing until all the moisture soaks into the pasta.
Makes 4-5 servings.
