Ingredients

    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 can (12 oz) yields
    Del Monte Sweet Corn Cream Style, 1.75 cup
    5 Yukon Gold Potatoes
    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp
    Hood Skim milk, .25 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Ground beef, lean, 18.08 oz

Directions

brown beef, drain, place on bottom of cassarole dish.

open cans of corn and layer in cassarole dish.

boil potatoes, mash with butter, salt and milk. layer on cassarole dish.

bake in oven for 1 hour at 400 degrees
