Ingredients

    Cheddar Cheese, 2 slice (1 oz)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 5 slice, thin/small
    Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 2 slice, thin
    Salt, 5 grams
    Pepper, black, 5 grams
    Butter, salted, 5 grams

Directions

Spread butter evenly on both the bread slices.
Sandwich both the cheese and tomato slices nicely between two bread slices.
Grill it to golden brown colour.
