Ingredients

5-6 large plum tomatoes
I good handful Fresh parsley (chopped)
3 cloves Fresh garlic (smashed)
1/4 cup EACH minced green pepper& onion
1 medium Fresh lemon juiced
1 tsb cumin
3-4 dashes hot sauce
Directions
makes 4 1 cup servings
Chop all ingredients to the size you like...I like the tomatoes chunky but the green peppers & onions minced....combine and refrigerate min 4 hours...the longer it sits the more intense the flavors...I use this on almost everything; as a salad dressing, instead of ketchup on a turkey burger, as a snack with sweet potato chips.
