Ingredients

    2 pounds chicken breast
    1 cup chopped red cabbage
    1 cup chopped green cabbage
    1 cup shredded carrots
    3 scallions
    2 tbl sesame oil
    1 10 oz jar thaii sweet chili sauce
    1 tsp ginger
    1 tsp cumin

Directions

cook chicken until very tender. i slow cooked mine for 6 hours the day before. drain any liquid, stir chicken until in loose pieces.chill
mix oil, sweet chili sauce and spices.
pour over chicken and veggies.
stir.
makes about 16 one half cup servings
