Ingredients

    Ground beef, 93% lean, 12 oz (3/4lb)
    Tricolor Bell Peppers, Chopped, 1 cup
    Pace Original Picante Sauce - Medium, 16 tbsp (1 cup)
    Water, tap, 1 cup
    Can of Black Beans, 15 oz (washed and drained)
    Cumin - ground, 2 tsp
    Great Value Fat Free Sour Cream, 8 tbsp

Directions

1. Brown the beef in a pan alongside the peppers.
2. Add the next 4 ingredients and bring to the boil then simmer for 8 minutes.
3. Serve 1 cup per person with 2 tbsp of sour cream.

Serving suggestion: Serve with 1 serving (about 8) Tostitos Multigrain Tortilla Chips or a small tex-mex salad.

Original recipe found in WeightWatchers magazine (Winter 2011). The magazine claims this recipe is only 222 calories + 5.6g fat. This variation is largely due to the type of beef you use: the leaner the better.
