Introduction
This recipe is very simple & can easily be doubled or tripled depending on the number of people you are serving. It's one of my family's favorite side dishes! Ingredients
-
4 medium white potatoes
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray
Lawry's Seasoned Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash potatoes, leaving skins intact.
- Dice potatoes into squares. (the size you cut them depends on your preference, but the smaller the squares, this quicker they will cook and vice versa)
- Place the potatoes evenly in a baking pan or dish. (I prefer to use a 9x9 glass dish)
- Take the lid off of the spray and lightly pour the butter over the potatoes. (you do not want to soak them... as they cook, the butter will melt more and spread out. this recipe was originally made w/ the Parkay squeeze butter, and I would just drizzle them back and forth lightly w/ it... so you want to mimic that)
- Season to your preference w/ the seasoned pepper.
- Cover dish w/ tin foil and cook for 30 minutes at 350. (cooking times may vary depending on size of diced pieces of potato.... they will be ready when bigger pieces of potato are no longer "hard" in the middle when checked w/ a fork)
