Ingredients

    Chicken Sausage (2 links), I used Sunflower Market's at 160 cals eatch
    Barilla Whole Grain Medium Shells Pasta, 8 oz
    1 Tablespoon olive oil
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (chopped)
    Fresh Spinich, 4 cup (bagged baby spinich)
    White Wine, 4 fl oz
    hot chili peppers, dried, 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for a couple of minutes untill slightly softened.
2. Add wine and cook about a minute more.
3. Add Spinich and cook tell just stated to wilt
4. Add red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste
5.Stir in cooked pasta
