Introduction

I make these at the begining of the week to take as breakfast to work. You could also use bacon, ham or veggies in place of the sausage. I make these at the begining of the week to take as breakfast to work. You could also use bacon, ham or veggies in place of the sausage.

Ingredients

    6 eggs
    1/2 cup cheese (more if you like)
    6 servings of turkey sausage
    1/2 cup Half and Half
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin pan with liners. Divide the sausage evenly between 7-9 muffin cups. Top with cheese, more of less depending on you taste. Mix eggs, half and half, salt and pepper together. Pour egg mixture evenly over the sausage and cheese in the cups. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until set. Serve warm.
