Introduction

Ingredients

    1 to 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
    I can of petite diced tomato
    1 sm can of tomato paste
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    4 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
    1/4 c Italian Cheese & Herb Philadelphia Cooking Creme
    basil, oregano, italian spices to taste

Directions

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Add Diced tomato, tomato paste, and spices. Simmer for 15 minutes to allow flavors to mesh. Add Cooking creme, stir until combined. Add spinach leaves and cook until spinach wilts.
