Introduction

This flavorful tofu is all the seasoning you will need for a yummy veggie main dish. This flavorful tofu is all the seasoning you will need for a yummy veggie main dish.

Ingredients

    1 large onion, sliced thin
    1 large red pepper chopped
    1 12 oz package mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup organic low sodium vegetable broth, 1 to 2 cups
    ½ cup organic soy milk, unsweetened
    ¼ white wine
    12 oz package Indian Masala Tofu by soyfoods, diced (very flavorful)
    1 bunch kale, chopped
    ½ cup baby carrots


Directions

1. Saute onions, mushrooms and peppers in broth until tender
2. Add the next soy milk, wine and tofu and blend together on high heat
3. When mixtures begins to bubble, turn to medium heat and simmer few minutes for flavors to mix.
4. Pour over steamed kale and carrots
Server with brown rice and tossed salad if desired.
