Ingredients

    1 cup flaked oatmeal
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup ground almonds
    1/4 cup ground flax seed
    3/4 cup dried cranberries (chopped fine)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1.5 tbsp orange peel (chopped fine)
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

Directions

combine ingredients and spread in a 9x13 pan
bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden
remove to cool and cut into 20 servings
