Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    3/4 cups sugar
    Dash salt. Mix dry ingredients.
    Add 1 cup milk and mix into paste.
    Add 14 eggs or egg substitute.
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup oil
    Add more milk, another 1/2 - 1 cup to make a food batter.
    Cook on med. Hot griddle. I use a cast iron round griddle. This recipe is from my dad living in France.

Directions

Recipe makes about 20, using 1/3 cup batter on a 10 in. Griddle. Cook until edges brown, flip and cook other side about 10 seconds.
