Ingredients

    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 cup Kraft "Parmesan" cheese
    1-2 eggs (for dredging)
    2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded to about 1/2 inch thick, cut into 8 pieces

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.

In a shallow, flat bowl combine cheese and bread crumbs. Lightly beat eggs in another shallow, flat bowl. Dip each piece of chicken in the eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place in geased 13x9 inch glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

Serve with spaghetti noodles and marinara sauce. Makes about 8, 4-ounce servings of chicken.

    Incredible!
    Very easy, very tasty, with plenty of leftovers. Had a side of zucchini spears prepared the same way (but broiled - hot but still crunchy) and served with marinara sauce and some pasta. Completely satisfying. Husband had a big grin on his face during the entire meal. - 6/5/11
