Although the nuts give it a high fat content, it is all good fat. The oats give it great fiber and add some protein powder to boost the protein content and you have a fabulous snack bar that is healthy and delicious! Ingredients

    1 cup of Peanut Butter No Sugar Added
    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup of oats
    3 ounces of whey based protein powder

Directions

Whip eggs and sugar. Add peanut butter and protein powder. Stir in oats. Form into 12 bars and bake on a cookie sheet at 350 for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
