Ingredients

3.5C rolled oats
3/4C slivered almonds
1/4C brown sugar, packed
1/2C water
1T olive oil
1t vanilla extract
1t almond extract
Directions
Heat oven to 300F
1. Mix all ingredients and spread on a rimmed baking sheet.
2. Bake until golden, stirring every 15 minutes.
3. After granola has cooled, store in an airtight container.
Serving size = 1/4C

AUBRAZILLA
Now that I've finally gotten through all our servings (we pre-bag them and keep them in the pantry for snack) I've figured out a great way to eat this granola! Before I was a little sad that it can't be picked up in pieces, but I've been adding it to my oats, cereal and yogurt for a quick boost! - 1/15/12

Lucky for you, this is not a clumping granola!! The only reason granola usually clumps is the insane amount of sticky or sugary things. Not much of that here! It's perfect all loose and dried - good job!!
