    2 packets of chunky light tuna in water
    6 Tablespoons of Light Mayo
    2 hardboiled egg whites
    1/2 cup celery
    1/2 cup dill pickles chopped
    1 tsp dry mustard
    black pepper to taste

    Combine all ingredients and enjoy!
