Introduction

A super easy crock pot dish with chicken, salsa, white beans, and cheese. A super easy crock pot dish with chicken, salsa, white beans, and cheese.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1 jar salsa
    2 cups shredded low fat cheddar
    1 can white beans

Directions

Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Pour jar of salsa over chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. When chicken is cooked, use two forks to shred chicken. (If chicken is cooked enough, it should be very easy to shred apart.) Stir in can of beans and cheese. Continue to cook for 1 hour.
Serve over brown rice, if desired.
