Ingredients

    * *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    * Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    * *Orange Extract, 4 tsp (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
    * Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 3 cup, grated (remove)
    * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp (remove)
    * Sunflower Oil (oleic), .5 cup (remove)

Directions

Prepare flax meal with a bit of warm water to turn into an egg substitute.

Combine all dry ingredients
Combine all liquid ingredients
Add mixed liquids to dry and combine.
Add raisins and grated carrots.

Bake at 350 for about an hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

Made approximately 1400gram cake.
