    6 oz. brown rice cooked according to package
    2 cups frozen peas & carrots mix
    1 lb. farmland fully cooked cubed ham
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 cup Kraft Mexican Cheese mix
    3 tbsp. italien seasoned bread crumbs


1.Prepare the rice according to package directions. Spoon into an ungreased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Top with peas & carrots (or frozen veggies of choice), cheese, and ham. Combine the soup, sour cream, milk and mustard. Spread over rice mixture and mix gently. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
2.Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
