Introduction

No bake cheesecake that can easily be made in any flavor. Takes 10 minutes! No bake cheesecake that can easily be made in any flavor. Takes 10 minutes!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 - 8 oz packages of cream cheese (fat free)
    2 - packages of flavored yogurt (strawberry in this case)
    1 - 8 oz container of cool whip
    1/3 cup of splenda sugar blend for baking
    fresh fruit (strawberries)

    Optional: Graham cracker crust
    1 package of graham crackers, crumbled
    1/2 cup butter

Directions

Nutritional Information assumes you are skipping the graham cracker crust and dividing the cheesecake into 10 equal sized servings.
Custard cups are great for this.

Optional Graham Cracker Crust:
To make a Graham Cracker Crust, simply melt the butter in a saucepan and slowly add graham cracker crumbs, stirring until they are evenly coated and dark. Press firmly into the bottom of your chosen containers or a spring-form pan.

Prep
To save yourself a little extra effort, make sure you leave the cream cheese and cool whip out of the refrigerator for a couple hours before you start so that they have a chance to soften.
Cut any fruits you're going to put into the cheesecake into bite size pieces.

"Cook"
1. Beat the Cream Cheese and Splenda Blend until smooth
2. Add yogurt and cool whip and beat together
3. Gently add fruit.
4. Pour or spoon into containers or spring-form pan.
5. Garnish if desired with any other fruit.
6. Let freeze until firm, for several hours to overnight
7. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes prior to eating



As a final note, if you're only a single or a couple, the recipe is easy to half! Feel free to try all your favorite berries and flavors, get creative!
