Ingredients
-
Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4")
Sesame Seeds, 1.5 tbsp
White Rice, short grain, 4 cup
Sushi Nori, Raw Untoasted, 1 sheet, 4 serving
Wasabi or Dijon Mustard, 8 tsp
Apples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia)
Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Regular Coffee, 11 fl oz
Milk, 2%, 1 fl oz
Directions
Cut the 4 nori sheets in half. On each of the 8 sheets put 1/2 cup of rice, 1/8th cucmber (in half length wise, then half again, and the half again to get 8 strips), a sprinkle of seseme seeds(be carefull, these little buggers have alot of calories and fat) and roll. Slice each rolls into 6. Store in a plastic sealed container. For better "how too" instructions I suggest youtube. Thats where I learned how to do my rolling.
Eat everthing over the course of one day. Don't eat after 10 at night. I divide the sushi into 8 meals served wasabi. (no soy sause) The apples and bananas become 4 snacks. I have my first meal at 7:30 am and my last at 7:30 pm. I also prepare the food the night before....so as you can see I am eating every hour. I do this "Day" twice a week. So far so good.
