Introduction
Got my wisdom teeth out. This is a perfect smoothie to drink throughout the day when solid food is not an option. Good for nausea because of the ginger, low in acidity, and it's delicious, too! Ingredients

Note: Use organic ingredients when available.
1/2 c Instant Oatmeal - plain, uncooked
1 c Water
1 c milk (I use lactaid skim).
1 Banana, large
3.5 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Directions
1) Add instant oatmeal and water into a bowl. Cook for 2 minutes in the microwave.
2) Add cooked oatmeal and all other ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Makes 2-3 servings.
