Ingredients

    0.75 c sugar
    flour 0.5 c
    baking power 0.5 tsp
    .38 c milk
    3 apples peeled, cored and sliced thin
    butter 60 g

Directions

melt butter and put in 8 X 8 inch pan
prepare apples, toss with 1/4 c sugar & the cinammon
mix together the other ingredients
pour over the butter
pour the apples over the butter and batter, flatten a bit
cook 40 min
cut into 9 pieces.
if you happen to have a lot of spare calories that day, a tablespoon of vanilla icecream on top would go nicely
