    8 oz canned crab meat
    2 tbsp chopped onion
    1/4 cup sweet bell peppers
    4 oz greek yogurt
    4 tbsp OLD Bay, crab cake mix.


Mix ingrediens in a bowl.
Form into 4 patties
Saute in a little olive oil and butter(not in Cal. count)
