Ingredients

    1 Baguette Bread
    1 can Tuna in water
    2 TBSP light mayo
    7-9 Kalamata olives
    1/4 Roasted Red Pepper (bottled)
    1 TBSP diced Red Onion
    1 TBSP lemon juice
    1/2 TBSP olive oil
    1 leaf lettuce
    Sea salt
    Pepper

    Drain water from tuna and flake into a bowl; add mayo; dice red peppers, Kalamata olives, and onions and add them to the bowl; add lemon juice; mix well.
    Cut the Baguette Bread down the meddle (length-wise); brush both sides with the olive oil; add sea salt and pepper.
    Put the lettuce leaf on the bottom side of the bread; add the tuna mixture, and enjoy.
