Ingredients

    * *Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)
    2 tbsp skim milk
    * *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *Brown Rice, long grain, .5 cup (remove)
    * Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)
    * *McCormick Pork Gravy Mix Packet, 2 serving (remove)
    * Pork Tenderloin, 6 oz (remove)
    salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Directions

tenderize pork by pounding into 2 1/4 inch thick pieces, or buy pre-chopped. stir seasonings of your choice into flour. dip pork chop in milk, then coat in flour mixture. In medium pan bring oil to med high heat. Add floured chops. cook uncovered about 2-3 minutes per side, until crispy and cooked through. prepare rice, beans, and gravy according to package directions. serve pork chop over rice with gravy, beans on the side.
