Introduction

Ingredients

    # Sweet potato, 1 sweet potato, 5" long (remove)
    # Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    # Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    # Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    # Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    # Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin remove

Directions

Boil your chicken in a non stick pan. Go ahead and season the pot. While that is cooking chop your veggies to your own preference then add them to the pot. If you have not already this would be a good time to add that salt. Cook at medium heat for approx. 45-60 minutes making sure to stir from time to time as well as adding water when needed. This can easily be adapted with other veggies or meats.
