Ingredients

    4 biscuts (unbaked) Grands Southern Style Big Biscuits
    3 Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Links
    2 slices turkey ham
    1/4 cup pineapple tidbits
    1/2 cup prepared pizza sauce
    1/2 cup shredded low fat motzarella cheese
    1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    4 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
    cooking spray

Directions

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Roll dough for one biscuit on baking sheet until about 1/4 inch thin. Do this with all 4 biscuit dough balls. Spread pizza sauce on dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Spread toppings. Top with a little more cheese & sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, until dough is cooked and cheese is melted.

Makes 4 mini pizzas which will feed 4 kids or 2 adults/teens. Serving size/nutrition information is for one mini-pizza.

I don't recomend baking more than 4 mini pizzas on one baking sheet at a time so that they will not bake together.
