Ingredients

    1 Wheat Pizza Crust, like Boboli
    1-8 oz. chicken breast cooked and cubed
    1/4 C Lite Alfredo Sauce
    1/2 can Artichoke Hearts chopped
    1 tomatoe chopped
    3 oz Feta Cheese crumbled
    4 oz Fresh Mozarella cheese, sliced and broken into pieces
    cracked pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 500 with a pizza stone in it. Take the stone out after it is heated and turn oven down to 400. Put pizza crust on the preheated pizza stone. Spread with Lite Alfredo Sauce and sprinkle with crumbled feta. Put chicken, artichoke hearts, and tomatoes evenly over pizza. Put mozzarella cheese pieces over the top. Add some fresh ground black pepper if you want it. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and starts to brown. Makes 4 servings. Serve with a side salad.
