Introduction

Quick fish receipe - cooked with no additional fat- Quick fish receipe - cooked with no additional fat-

Ingredients

    6 -8 oz ot raw Tilapia or other firm white fish. Zest and juice of half a lemon, chopped fresh oregano (basil can be used), 1/2 cup of cherry tomotoes (can use grape tomatoes also)

Directions

Pat fish dry with paper towel. Place on foil. Zest lemon onto fish. Add chopped oregano to top of fish. Cut tomatoes in half and put on top of fish. Sprinkle the lemon juice on the whole thing. Fold foil over the fish, place in baking pan. (may drip)
Back at 370 for about 20 minutes. Reduce time in oven if very thin fish. Do not overbake.
This makes 1 serving. Good hot and cold.
