Ingredients

2 lbs of ground beef - browned
1 package of mixed frozen vegetables
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup of milk
    3 cups of mashed potatoes
    1/4 cup of shredded cheese

Add cream of mushroom soup, milk and mixed vegetables. Simmer until milk and cream of mushroom soup thickens and vegetables are cooked throughly.
After potatoes have become tender, drain water and add a little milk and about 4 tbls of margrin or butter. Then use potatoe masher or mixer to mash potatoes until creamy.
Put browned hamburger and veggies in a 9x13" pan and spread potatoes over the top of hamburger and veggies. Garnish with shredded cheese if desired. Put in oven on 350 degrees for approximately 15-25 minutes or until hot. This will serve approximately 12 servings.
