Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup plain low fat yogurt
    1 cup fresh spinach leaves
    5 frozen strawberries
    1 scoop why protein (I use vanilla)
    1 packet Truvia
    ice and/or water as desired.

Directions

Blend well. Makes one smoothie.
