Introduction

we use biscuits for so many things, there had to be a low fat alternative! The yogurt works really well! we use biscuits for so many things, there had to be a low fat alternative! The yogurt works really well!

Ingredients

    Milk, nonfat, 3 cup
    Lemon Juice, 4 TB
    Baking Powder, 6 tsps
    Sun Crystal, 1 pkt
    Kroger plain greek yogurt, 2 servings
    Flour, white, 6.25 cups

Directions

Combine milk and lemon juice in a 4 cup measure, set aside. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add yogurt and cut in as if it were butter, until mixture is crumbly. Add milk mixture and stir until well blended. Will have lumps. Pour onto a sprayed cookie sheet, bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes until done. It works better to pour onto a well sprayed large cookie sheet and bake like you would scones. They taste great!
