I use up left over roast beef for this.. I use up left over roast beef for this..

Ingredients

    Roast beef (cooked) Cut into small thin strips
    Onion
    2 red peppers
    Jar of M&S Black bean sauce
    10 ml sunflower oil

Directions

Fry the onion and peppers..can be any colour of sweet pepper. Add beef and jar of sauce..lazy!
Serve with white basmati rice.
