Introduction
I make a batch or two of these ahead of time and they are ready for the week. Everyone loves the convenience and the healthyness of this sandwich! Ingredients

1 1/2 cups bisquick Heart Smart mix
1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
1/2 cup Crystal Farms Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 450. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Plave on a surface well sprinkled with Bisquick mix. Knead 10 times.
Roll dough 1/4" thick. Cut with 2 1/2" cutter dipped in Bisquick mix. Cut 10 biscuits.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
When finished baking, cool completely on wire racks.
Place 1 piece of turkey back and 1/4 cup cooked egg beaters scrambled eggs together in a sandwich bag. Place the baggie between 2 cooled biscuits. Place that prepped sandwich in another sandwich bag.
In the morning, heat the bacon and eggs for about 20 - 30 seconds, or until hot. Heat biscuit for about 10 seconds, or until warm. Put sandwich together and go!
