    1/2 grilled chicken breast
    7 ounces chopped sausage
    7 ounces medium shrimp; peeled, de-veined, no tails
    5 ounce pkg saffron rice
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1 clove chopped garlic
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp parsley
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 1/3 cup water


Place rice and water in rice cooker, set timer for 25 min. Add spices to rice cooker, stir and cover. Chop sausage and chicken into bite size pieces. Chop onion. Add chicken, sausage, shrimp and onions to rice cooker. Stir and re-cover for remaining 10 minutes. When timer goes off, stir and serve.
