Ingredients

    4 tsp. oil
    1..5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
    1/2 tsp. kosher or sea salt
    1/4 tps. black pepper
    2 med. peppers (I used red and yellow bell), julienned
    1 lrg. onion, sliced in half, then thinly sliced
    1 TBSP fresh garlic
    1 TBSP smoked or sweet paprika
    1/2 c. wine (I used a rose, but any works)
    1 cup crushed crushed tomatoes
    1/2 cup red. sodium chicken broth
    1 tsp. flour
    2 TBSP minced, fresh dill
    2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Directions

Place all ingrediants into your croc pot or slow cooker. Place on low 6 hours. Serve over rice, orzo, or couscous!
