Introduction

I make this guac all the time, it is quick and easy and is really yummy. Many people compliment me on this which is funny to me since it is so simple-also I suspect many haven't had "real" guac before. Add tomatoes if you would like! Also sometimes I mix in a bit of plain greek yogurt for a even creamier taste! Also try some shallot instead of red onion for a change. Ingredients

    1 avocado, seeded and scooped from skin, sliced
    1/2 T red onion, chopped (or less if you aren't a fan)
    Juice of 1/2 lime (more if needed to be creamy)
    1 garlic clove minced
    salt to taste

Directions

Mix everything together and stir it up into a creamy texture. Sometimes a little more juice is needed to get it there. Enjoy with a healthy quesadilla or on an omelet.
