Ingredients

    1 1/3 c Water
    2 tablespoons butter
    3 tablespoons honey
    1 1/2 c bread flour
    1 1/3 c whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon active dry yeast
    1/2 c flax seeds
    1/2 c sunflower seeds

Directions

15 servings

place all ingredients ( except sunflower seeds) in the bread maker pan in manufacturer recommended order. Select basic white cycle; press start. Add the sunflower seeds when the alert sounds during the knead cycle. I choose a medium crust.
