Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage Links
2 Cups Hunts Roasted Garlic Tomato Sauce
15oz Lowfat Ricotta Cheese
2 Cups Lowfat Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
9 Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
1 TSP Garlic Salt
1 TSP Italian Seasoning
1 Egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook noodles as recommended
Cook Italian sausage until browned, then chop
Combine 15oz Ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup parmesan, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 egg.
Place a layer of noodles on the bottom of a pan. Layer with half of the ricotta on top of the noodles, then half of the Italian sausage. Add another layer of noodles and repeat with sausage and ricotta.
The last layer should be noodles topped with the tomato sauce, the remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
Bake covered for 30mins, uncovered for 5mins.
