Introduction

Ingredients

    1 9" pie shell

    3 slices bacon chopped and cooked crisp
    1.5 Cups of Fat Free half and half
    1.5 Cups of Egg Beatters
    10oz package of frozen Spinach
    1 tea. salt and pepper

Directions

Make pie crust and lay in a 9" deep dish pie plate

cook bacon until crisp

squeeze spinach in a paper towel until dry

Add Bacon half of Swiss Cheese and Spinach to bottom of Pie shell

Mix Egg Beatters, Half and Half, salt and pepper to gether in a bowl then pour on top of spinach and bacon. Add rest of Swiss Cheese to top

Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours. or until a the center jiggles slightly bring out let stant 15 minutes. then serve

    Very Good
    I've made the recipe 2x and it's great! It doesn't say how much swiss cheese to put in - so I improvised on my own. That's the only negative I would say. - 3/29/13
