Introduction
This is a favorite, very filling lunch loved by everyone in the family. Great warm or chilled.The sodium is actually much lower because I use salt free chicke bouillon. This is a favorite, very filling lunch loved by everyone in the family. Great warm or chilled.

Ingredients

1 can of tuna
2 red ripe tomatoes diced
1 yellow bell pepper diced
1 red onion diced
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp flax seed oil
3 tsp salt free chicken bouillon
150 grams angel hair pasta
Directions
Boil spaghetti according to package suggestions.
While noodles are cooking, dice veggies.
Stir together oil, vinegar and bouillon.
Add some Mrs. Dash for spice if you like.
Drain pasta and toss all ingredients together.
We love it warm, but it is delicious chilled as well.
