Introduction

A great spread for sandwiches or a dip. Very low cal and healthy for you. Original recipe calls for a chopped onion and seasonings. Season as you like, anything from salt & pepper, to chili powder, Cajun Spice, paprika. Anything goes in this recipe. 1 serving = 2 Tablespoons. Makes about 16 2 Tablespoon servings. Ingredients

    1 29 oz. can Red Kidney Beans
    Catsup, approximately 1 cup

Directions

Drain and rinse kidney beans. Put in a food processor. Add enough catsup to make a creamy consistancy. Chop & blend.
